Below is information about how Eduviva handles personal data for you as a customer, supplier and for you who are looking for work with us. Scroll down to the section that applies to your role.

Information on the processing of personal data

Contact persons for CUSTOMER

Due to the fact that your employer ("Customer") entered into an agreement for the purchase of products from Eduviva AB ("Eduviva") and in connection with that provided your contact details to Eduviva, Eduviva will process personal data about you and is thus responsible for the data.

We will process personal data about you in order to be able to get in touch with the Customer and otherwise fulfill our obligations according to the agreement with the Customer. We will further process your personal data in order to send out marketing material etc. addressed to the Customer. We base this treatment on a balance of interests. The personal data that is processed is contact information such as name, email address and telephone number. The data is processed by relevant individuals within our sales and marketing organisation but also to the extent that our contacts relate to invoicing or the like by individuals within our finance department. Personal data that may appear about you in e-mail messages, web traffic, saved documents, etc. will necessarily be processed automatically in our IT systems.

We will save your personal data during the time that you act as contact person for the Customer vis-à-vis us.

You have the right to request from Eduviva access to personal data stored about you and to have these corrected if they are incorrect. Under certain conditions, you can request that personal data be deleted, that the processing of the personal data is limited and, under certain conditions, you have the right to object to processing. In some cases, you can request that certain data be transferred in machine-readable condition to another personal data controller.

If you feel that we do not process your personal data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

Due to the fact that your employer (the "Supplier") entered into an agreement on deliveries to Eduviva AB ("Eduviva") and in connection with that provided your contact details to Eduviva, Eduviva will process personal data about you and is thus responsible for the data.

We will process personal data about you in order to be able to get in touch with the Supplier and otherwise fulfill our obligations according to the agreement with the Supplier. We will further process your personal data in order to send out marketing material etc. addressed to the Supplier. We base this treatment on a balance of interests. The personal data that is processed is contact information such as name, email address and telephone number. The data is processed by relevant individuals within our purchasing organisation but also to the extent that our contacts relate to invoicing or the like by individuals within our finance department. Information on the processing of personal data

For You as a JOB APPLICANT

Due to the fact that you submitted an application for service to Eduviva AB ("Eduviva"), Eduviva will process personal data about you and is thus the personal data controller for the data.

When you have submitted an application to us, we will process personal data about you in order to be able to assess your qualifications and to be able to contact you. We base this processing on a balancing of interests where our assessment is that our legitimate interest in carrying out the current processing of personal data outweighs your possible interests in the processing not taking place. The personal data that is processed is name, social security number, email address, telephone number and other information that you included in your application (such as grades, information about previous employment, etc.). The data is processed by our HR department and other relevant employees within Eduviva who participate in recruitment. Personal data that may appear about you in e-mail messages, web traffic, saved documents, etc. will necessarily be processed automatically in our IT systems.

In the event that your application relates to an ongoing employment process, we will save your personal data during the process and 3 months thereafter. In the event that you have sent us an application that does not relate to an ongoing employment process, we will save the data for 6 months.

You have the right to request from Eduviva access to personal data stored about you and to have these corrected if they are incorrect. Under certain conditions, you can request that personal data be deleted, that the processing of the personal data is limited and, under certain conditions, you have the right to object to processing. In some cases, you can request that certain data be transferred in machine-readable condition to another personal data controller.
